PolarStar Complete O-Ring Set – Fusion Engine (All Models)

A complete replacement O-ring set for all models and generations of the PolarStar Fusion Engine used in compatible Gel Blaster HPA builds.

The set covers the principal sealing points in the poppet, cylinder, manifold and nozzle assemblies, making it suitable for preventative maintenance, leak repair and full servicing.

• Complete manufacturer-specified seal set
• Buna 70 seals for standard locations
• Buna 90 seal for the poppet base
• Compatible with all PolarStar Fusion Engine models and generations

Lubricate and install seals according to the manufacturer’s service guidance. Gel Blaster use only.

• The stainless steel target has smooth, finished edges. However, please handle it with care during assembly and transport, as the non-round corners may still be sharp.
• Check that all screws are securely tightened before each use.
• Place the target on a flat, stable surface.
• Always wear eye protection.
• Ensure the surrounding area is clear before shooting.
• Adult supervision is recommended for younger users.
• For gel blaster use only.

7-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Products must remain in resalable condition. Items showing signs of use, damage or incomplete packaging may not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

30-Day Product Warranty

Products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
