SR25 / AR10 buying guide

Choosing an SR25 / AR10 gel blaster

This is the place to look if you want a larger DMR-style electric rifle rather than a standard M4-length build. The range covers E&C's 901 M110, 902 M110K1 and 903 M110K3 platforms, plus a PredatOBR-style build, with standard and Ultra Line configurations available.

Which build suits you?

The current range uses electric systems and metal/aluminium external builds with polymer furniture. Start with the receiver and handguard shape, then compare the standard and Ultra Line internal specifications.

901 — M110

The full-length M110 has the most traditional DMR profile in the range, with a long quad-rail handguard and large fixed-stock battery space. The Ultra Line version adds programmable electronic control and reinforced internals.

Classic full-length DMR shape

902 — M110K1

The M110K1 uses a CNC aluminium URX 3.1-style handguard and a more compact front end than the full-size 901. Standard and Ultra Line versions are available, and the Ultra Line listing also offers a suppressor option.

Shorter DMR with URX 3.1 styling

903 — M110K3

The M110K3 uses a 14.5-inch URX4-style handguard, ambidextrous controls and an adjustable stock. It can be set up as a modern DMR or a heavier battle-carbine build.

Modern URX4-style configuration

PredatOBR-style

This Ultra Line build has a lighter-looking handguard with elongated cut-outs and removable rail sections. It is listed at 300–320 FPS with a 210-round magazine and an effective distance of approximately 30–40 metres.

Clean modern handguard design

How this platform differs from an M4

Larger rifle format

The receiver, magazine and overall proportions are larger than a standard M4-style rifle. That gives the SR25 / AR10 family its DMR look, but also means more length and substantial weight, with current models weighing approximately 2.8–3 kg.

Different magazines

Do not order an M4 magazine because the shape looks close. The current rifles use the larger M110 / SR25 magazine format, and the exact fit should always be checked against the manufacturer and model.

V2.5 gearbox

A V2.5 gearbox uses a larger housing with a longer cylinder and piston than a standard V2. The greater cylinder volume moves more air, which suits the longer inner barrels commonly used in SR25 / AR10 builds. Compatibility still depends on the exact model and component.

Choose the shape first, then check the parts. An SR25 / AR10-style rifle is a good fit when you want a heavier, longer DMR build. If low weight and broad magazine compatibility matter more, compare it with our M4 / AR15 range.

Construction and performance

Full-metal exterior

The current models use a metal/alloy receiver, handguard and outer assembly, while the pistol grip and stock remain polymer.

Reinforced internals

The standard models use extended metal gearbox systems. Ultra Line versions add reinforced components and, where specified, programmable MOSFET control for response, firing options and electrical protection.

Battery fit varies

Current models may use either Tamiya or Deans connectors and can run on 7.4V or 11.1V batteries. Rifles with a large stock battery compartment can accommodate most batteries designed for gel blasters, but always match the plug and physical dimensions to the exact model.

Complete the setup

The blaster and one magazine are included with the current models, but package contents can change. To run an AEG you will also need a compatible battery, a suitable charger and hydrated gel balls. The battery and charger are reusable; a speed loader is optional.

SR25 / AR10 gel blaster questions

What is an SR25 / AR10 gel blaster?

On this page, SR25 / AR10 describes the larger M4-family DMR format used by our 901 M110, 902 M110K1, 903 M110K3 and PredatOBR-style electric rifles. They have larger receiver and magazine proportions than a standard M4 gel blaster.

What is the difference between an SR25 / AR10 and an M4 gel blaster?

The SR25 / AR10 format is larger through the receiver and magazine area and is commonly chosen for a long DMR-style build. A standard M4 is usually shorter, lighter and supported by a wider range of magazines and platform-specific external parts.

Will an M4 magazine fit an SR25 / AR10 gel blaster?

No. The current rifles use the larger M110 / SR25 magazine format. Magazine fit and feed position can still vary by manufacturer, so send us the exact brand and model before ordering a spare.

What battery and gel balls do I need?

Current models may use either Deans or Tamiya connectors and can run on 7.4V or 11.1V batteries. Check the connector and physical dimensions before ordering; rifles with a large stock battery compartment can accommodate most batteries designed for gel blasters. Most quality gel balls can be used, and for higher-output rifles we recommend hard gels. CyberTrigger's gel ball range is selected for high-FPS use.

What else do I need to use an SR25 / AR10 AEG?

Check the individual listing for the package contents. You will normally need a compatible battery and charger and hydrated gel balls. The battery and charger are reusable. A speed loader is optional and makes the larger magazine easier to fill.

Can Cyber Custom upgrade an SR25 / AR10 gel blaster?

Yes. We can inspect the gearbox and work on hop-up and trajectory, muzzle velocity, rate of fire, trigger response, consistency and durability. We can also help build the external setup with compatible optics, scopes, lights, bipods and foregrips.

Can I see these rifles before buying?

Yes. Visit our QLD physical shop in Arundel to compare the weight, balance and handguard styles, check local stock and speak with the Cyber Custom workshop about magazines, batteries or future upgrades.
