Direct-thread
The mock suppressor screws directly onto the compatible outer-barrel thread. Several current options use a 14 mm CCW thread and do not need a separate QD flash hider.
A gel blaster mock suppressor is a non-functional cosmetic barrel attachment. It does not reduce sound or provide firearm suppressor function. Fit is determined by the muzzle interface: a compatible direct thread or the correct QD flash hider and locking profile.

A QD mock suppressor locks onto a matching flash hider or muzzle mount. QD profiles are not universal, even when the flash hider uses a 14 mm CCW barrel thread. For every product that requires a flash hider, we list the recommended compatible flash hider on the product page.
Check the selected variant: some QD models are available with or without a matching flash hider. If you already have a mount, confirm the exact locking profile before choosing the suppressor-only option.
Once the mount is confirmed, compare the dimensions with the rest of the build. A part can have the correct thread and still be awkward on the rifle.
Short units keep the front end compact. Longer units create a different profile but extend the overall rifle length.
Aluminium construction adds weight at the muzzle. Check the listed weight if you want to keep the rifle quick to handle.
Measure the space around the muzzle, especially if the barrel sits inside the handguard. The housing needs enough diameter and length clearance to install without forcing it.
Bring the gel blaster or its current flash hider to our Arundel shop, or send us the model and clear muzzle photos. We can check the thread direction, QD profile and available clearance before you order.
It is a non-functional cosmetic barrel attachment made for a gel blaster. The products in this collection do not provide the sound-reduction function of a firearm suppressor.
No. The current products in this collection are non-functional mock or replica accessories. Choose them for their mounting system, size, material and appearance.
A direct-thread model screws onto a compatible barrel thread. A quick-detach, or QD, model locks onto a matching flash hider or muzzle mount. The QD locking profile must match the suppressor.
No. A direct-thread model must have the correct 14 mm CCW thread and enough clearance. A QD model also needs the correct matching flash hider and locking profile, which can differ between designs.
It depends on the product and variant. Direct-thread models do not use a QD flash hider. For every QD product that requires one, the product page lists the recommended compatible flash hider. Some variants include it and others do not, so check the selected variant before ordering.
Compare the overall length, weight and outside diameter with your barrel and handguard setup. A longer or heavier unit changes the balance and may need more clearance around the handguard.
Yes. Send us the gel blaster model and clear photos of the muzzle, thread or current flash hider, or bring the setup to our QLD physical shop in Arundel. We can check the mounting type before you order.
