Background on the Colt M733
The Colt Model 733 Commando was introduced by Colt during the 1980s and 1990s to meet the demand for a shorter, lighter carbine suited to close-range operations. Based on the M16/AR-15 system, it featured a shorter barrel and more compact overall length while retaining the 5.56×45mm cartridge and the familiar AR direct-line operating layout. Compared with submachine guns that typically used 9mm pistol ammunition, the M733 offered greater power and rifle-caliber performance, while still being much shorter and more CQB-friendly than a standard M16. As a result, the Colt M733 became popular with police and special forces users, including Delta Force and USMC Force Recon. The M733 also gained recognition through its appearances in films, most famously Black Hawk Down and Heat. Even today, many collectors and players still appreciate this retro AR-style carbine for its compact profile, old-school tactical look, and strong connection to classic special operations history.External Features

Shoot Responsibly
- Eye and face protection designed for gel blaster use must be worn by the user and any person within range.
- Always treat your gel blaster as loaded, even after the magazine has been removed.
- Never look directly into the barrel, even if the gel blaster appears to be unloaded. If a blockage occurs, remove the magazine, engage the safety, and make sure the product is fully unloaded before inspecting or cleaning it.
Use Batteries Safely
- Unplug the battery when the blaster is not in use.
- Only use a battery with the correct voltage, connector and specifications for your gel blaster.
- Stop using the battery immediately if it becomes swollen, damaged, unusually hot, leaks or produces an unusual smell.
Charge Batteries Safely
- Only use a compatible charger.
- Charge batteries on a stable, non-flammable surface in a cool, dry and ventilated area.
- Never leave a charging battery unattended, and unplug the battery once fully charged.
- Allow the battery to cool down before charging it.
Gel Ball Safety
- Gel balls are not edible. Keep them away from young children and pets.
- Drain excess water from your gel balls before loading them into the magazine. Do not use gel balls that are too wet.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
Before inspecting or repairing your gel blaster, remove the magazine, set the fire selector to safety mode, and wear eye protection.
No Response / Dead Trigger
- Check whether the battery is charged and working properly.
- If your gel blaster has a MOSFET, set the selector to Safe then switch it back to Semi or Full-Auto.
MOSFET Clicks, but Gel Blaster Won’t Fire
- Hold the trigger for 8 seconds to reset the MOSFET, then disconnect and reconnect the battery. Set the selector to Safe, then switch it back to Semi or Full-Auto.
Gel Blaster Fires, But Gel balls Don't Drop Out
- Test a different magazine, as a faulty magazine may not feed properly.
- Add more gel balls to the magazine.
- Use gel balls of the correct size and hardness. Gel balls that are too large or too soft may break inside the barrel.
Gear Grinding Noise
- Stop firing immediately, disconnect the battery and arrange an inspection.
Semi-Auto Stops Working
- Switch to Full-Auto, fire one short burst, then return to Semi-Auto.
Battery or Wiring Becomes Hot
- Stop using the blaster and disconnect the battery. Do not reuse a swollen, damaged or unusually hot battery.
Pistol Grip Becomes Hot
- This is normal because the motor is located inside the pistol grip and generates heat during firing.
Low FPS or Short Distance
- The blaster may require servicing or spring replacement. Contact CyberTrigger for inspection.
Poor Accuracy
- Use hard, correctly sized and fully hydrated gel balls.
- Clean the barrel and adjust the hop-up gradually.
