CyberTrigger’s expert service team provides professional gearbox retuning and optimization to ensure your blaster performs smoothly, reliably, and efficiently from day one. Our service includes a full gearbox disassembly, precision adjustment, and reassembly to improve durability, FPS consistency, and overall performance.

Key enhancements include gear reshimming, airseal optimization, AoE correction, gearbox strengthening, proper motor alignment, and upgraded lubrication — all designed to extend lifespan and deliver stable, consistent performance.

All retuned gearboxes are handled by experienced technicians and include an extended 3-month warranty for added peace of mind.

Please note: This service is only available for brand new blasters.

Many stock blasters are always not in the best condition due to quality control issues or factory assembly inconsistencies, resulting in suboptimal performance, inefficient or premature wear.

Our retuning service involves a full disassembly and reassembly of your gearbox with precision adjustments, enhancing durability, FPS consistency, and overall performance.

Service Includes:

✔ Gear Reshimming – Ensures perfect meshing between gear teeth, producing a crisp operation sound and significantly increasing gear longevity.

✔ Bushing & Bearing Locking – Securely fastens bushings and bearings using high-strength retaining compounds, preventing movement and ensuring stable gear meshing.

✔ Gearbox Radiusing – Strengthens the gearbox shell, dramatically reducing the risk of cracks and structural failures.

✔ Sorbothane Cylinder Head Padding – Adds a high-quality Sorbothane pad to the back of the cylinder head to absorb piston impact and reduce gearbox stress.

✔ Angle of Engagement Correction – Optimizes piston engagement via Sorbothane padding, increasing piston lifespan and reducing wear.

✔ Gear Screw Locking – Applies Loctite to sector gear and pinion gear screws to prevent loosening during operation.

✔ Pinion-to-Bevel Alignment – Fine-tunes the alignment between the pinion gear and bevel gear, preventing stripping or gear damage.

✔ Motor Base Plate Locking – Secures the motor base plate to prevent unwanted adjustments, avoiding catastrophic damage to the pinion and bevel gears.

✔ Regreasing of Gears & Airseal Components – Improves compression, enhancing FPS stability and consistency.

• The stainless steel target has smooth, finished edges. However, please handle it with care during assembly and transport, as the non-round corners may still be sharp.
• Check that all screws are securely tightened before each use.
• Place the target on a flat, stable surface.
• Always wear eye protection.
• Ensure the surrounding area is clear before shooting.
• Adult supervision is recommended for younger users.
• For gel blaster use only.

7-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Products must remain in resalable condition. Items showing signs of use, damage or incomplete packaging may not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

30-Day Product Warranty

Products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
