Queensland Police: STOP and Think

Before purchasing, carrying or using a gel blaster, make sure you understand your responsibilities under Queensland law.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a gel blaster in Queensland. If this is your first gel blaster order with us, you will be required to provide valid photo identification for age verification.
• Store your gel blaster in a locked container when it is not being used.
• When transporting or carrying a gel blaster in public, keep it completely covered and out of public view.
• Never display a gel blaster in public or use it in a way that may cause fear or alarm.
• Never point or fire a gel blaster at another person without their permission.
• Never shoot animals or enter private property without permission.
• Do not modify a gel blaster to fire ammunition or operate outside its intended specifications.
• Always use appropriate eye protection and handle your gel blaster responsibly.

Misuse of a gel blaster may result in serious criminal penalties. Your choices have consequences—STOP and think before you act.

Never Look Down the Barrel

Never look directly into the barrel, even if the gel blaster appears unloaded. If a blockage occurs, remove the magazine, engage the safety and make sure the product is fully unloaded before inspection or cleaning.

Safe Loading and Maintenance

Remove the magazine and clear the chamber before cleaning, adjusting or maintaining the gel blaster. Never perform maintenance while the product is loaded or pressurised.

Keep Away from Children and Pets

Store gel blasters, gas, batteries, gel balls and accessories securely and out of reach of children and pets.

Battery Safety

Only use a battery with the correct voltage, connector and specifications for your gel blaster. Stop using the battery immediately if it becomes swollen, damaged, unusually hot, leaks or produces an unusual smell.

Charge Batteries Safely

Only use a compatible charger. Charge batteries on a stable, non-flammable surface in a cool, dry and ventilated area. Never leave a charging battery unattended, and allow it to cool after use before charging.

Always point the gel blaster in a safe direction, remove the magazine when inspecting it, and wear appropriate eye protection.

The Gel Blaster Does Not Fire

Charge and reconnect the battery. Move the selector to Safety, then firmly switch it back to Semi or Full-Auto. This may reset blasters fitted with a MOSFET.

The Motor Runs but the Blaster Does Not Shoot

Reseat and prime the magazine. Try a different compatible magazine, as a faulty magazine may not feed correctly.

Semi-Auto Stops Working

Switch to Full-Auto, fire one short burst, then return to Semi-Auto.

The Magazine Is Not Feeding

Reseat and prime the magazine. Use correctly sized, fully hydrated and well-drained gel balls.

Gel Balls Are Breaking

Use fresh, hard gel balls in the correct size. Remove broken gels and clean the barrel.

The Barrel Is Jammed

Remove the magazine and battery. Carefully clear the barrel with a suitable cleaning rod, then use correctly sized gel balls.

Low FPS or Short Distance

The blaster may require servicing or spring replacement. Contact CyberTrigger for inspection.

Poor Accuracy

Clean the barrel and adjust the hop-up gradually. Use consistent, correctly sized gel balls.

Grinding Noise

Stop firing immediately, disconnect the battery and arrange an inspection.

Battery or Wiring Becomes Hot

Stop using the blaster and disconnect the battery. Do not reuse a swollen, damaged or unusually hot battery.

Slow Rate of Fire

Recharge the battery and check that its voltage and connector are suitable for the blaster.

7-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Products must remain in resalable condition. Items showing signs of use, damage or incomplete packaging may not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns only, any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred on the original transaction—including Shopify Payments credit card fees and fees charged by other payment providers—will be deducted from the refund. This does not apply to refunds required under the Australian Consumer Law.

30-Day Product Warranty

Products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
