Return & Refund Conditions
- Refunds or replacements are available for products with manufacturing defects or major failures.
- If a product is returned as faulty but is found to be functional, you will incur return shipping fees.
- Faulty products under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Customers pay for return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued after the returned items are received and checked by CyberTrigger.

- This policy does not cover items that are abused, altered, or damaged.
- You are responsible for understanding your local laws before purchasing.
CyberTrigger retains the right to make the final decision on all return requests. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or we may choose to repair the item instead.
